Domestic
All packages are shipped by USPS. Standard shipping is by First Class or Priority Mail and takes approximately 3-8 days for delivery. Should you need your package sooner, you will have the option of Express Mail, which is 1-2 day delivery. Exact shipping prices will show as you go through the checkout process.

We ship to APO's and other military addresses.
International
Packages shipped outside of the USA will be shipped by regular ground shipping. All packages are shipped through USPS. Any addtional fees such as taxes, duty or brokerage is the responsibility of the customer. International shipping times are not guaranteed as packages may take a while to get through customs, depending on the rules and timelines set by each individual country.
We ship to most countries unless there are delivery restrictions. Exact shipping prices will be shown as you go through the checkout process, you will have the option to choose how you would like to have your package shipped.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, however it may take up to 3-5 days to ship your order. We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. Since we ship very quickly, in most cases you can not cancel your order once it has been placed.
Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped within the state of Ohio.

- We have complete respect for personal information that you provide us. We use information you provide when placing an order to complete your order and for communications with you. We do not sell your information to any third party. We use SSL for all payment transactions. This insures that your credit card information is encrypted and cannot be read by others.
- Our newsletter is an opt in only, which means you have to sign up for our newsletter, we do not automatically sign you up. You can also opt out at any time.
- From time to time we may run drawings, survey, polls, etc. These are completely voluntary and it is up to you how much information you want to provide. In some cases we will need specific information to be eligible for a contest. Should you decide to not provide the information, your entry will be voided and we will choose another entry.
- All content, logos and photos on this website are owned by either iThreads Inc or Vexcon Inc. We do not allow use of any content, logos or photography from this site for personal gain.
- Returns & Exchanges
- We want you to be completely happy with your order. We will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective merchandise. Shoes must be returned in their original box (the box must be returned in the same condition as sent to you). Please note that swimwear can be exchanged as long as the sanitary lining is intact and in Brand New Condition, there are no cash refunds on swimwear.
- We make every attempt to quality check all items before they are shipped, however if you receive an item that is damaged we must be notified within 3 days of receipt. We will then instruct you on how to proceed with the damaged item.

Returns need to be postmarked within 20 days of your invoice date. Send the item(s) back to us by a carrier of your choice, we recommend that you send your return by insured, traceable mail. Include your packing slip for proper credit. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange
Please indicate style/size you would like to exchange for. We will be happy to send your first exchange at our expense, any exchanges after that will be charged a shipping/handling fee. For all international buyers: Exchanges will be charged an additional shipping fee of $15.00. -
Refund
We will be glad to issue a refund to your credit card. Please note: Initial shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

- What is the Wish List
- A wish list is used to save items you that you like or want to purchase at a later time. You can also e-mail this wish list to someone else as a way to let them know what you want. Great for a birthday or Christmas list to give your friends and family.

You must have an account to use the wish list option. The wish list does not hold inventory. If an item sells out it will be removed from your wish list.
Viewing Orders - To be able to view your orders and track packages, you must create an account. If you make a purchase before you create an account, it will not show up. We recommend that you create an account before you make your purchase.
